Chris Jackson
Senior Lean Enterprise Specialist
As a Senior Lean Enterprise Specialist, Chris Jackson feels his work truly matters to all levels of the organization. In his role, he has the opportunity to transform the way GE Appliances operates to meet the needs of its customers and win in the marketplace. He credits his success to the deep, rich network he’s been able to build at the company. These relationships, many which were formed in our Affinity Networks, have helped him understand different perspectives and different parts of the business. Chris is a leader in our Pride Affinity Group and was instrumental in having the company fly the Pride flag at our corporate headquarters in Louisville, Ky. He feels that GE Appliances is truly a company that lives its values from its diversity efforts to its work in the community.

African American Forum (AAF)
The African American Forum, GE Appliances’ oldest Affinity Network, strengthens the bonds between our company and our communities. By supporting and empowering its members through professional development and mentoring, it brings the valuable perspectives of the Black community to the forefront of GE Appliances. AAF members also volunteer countless hours supporting students and non-profit organizations in traditionally underserved areas of our communities.
Asian Pacific American Forum (APAF)
By attracting, developing and retaining Asian Pacific American talent, the APAF provides its members with the tools they need to realize their career aspirations and leadership potential. Members not only grow their careers, they help our company be the best it can be.
Hispanic Forum (HF)
The Hispanic Forum brings learning, coaching and networking opportunities to our Hispanic employees, while encouraging members to make a difference in their local communities through volunteerism. This opens new and meaningful opportunities to have an impact on our company and in society.
PRIDE
Pride helps foster an inclusive, welcoming environment where people are empowered to succeed and to bring their authentic selves to work every day. By attracting, retaining and developing the careers of LGBTQ+ employees, PRIDE ensures a brighter future for both our employees and our company.
Veterans Network (VN)
The bond between military service members transcends profession and branch of service, and our Veterans Network strengthens that bond, bringing its members closer to other veterans and current or retired servicemembers in our communities. By developing and guiding the careers of its members, the VN helps GE Appliances move toward our goal of being the employer of choice for veterans, reservists and National Guard members.
Women’s Network (WN)
We believe in the power of women to shape the future of GE Appliances. From the executive team to the assembly line, the Women’s Network provides women throughout the company with a strong peer-to-peer framework that guides, develops and nurtures their advancement in the company. WN members also volunteer and support numerous organizations in our communities that are centered on supporting women and children.
Corporate Women’s Leadership Team (CWLT)
The Corporate Women’s Leadership Team is driving the next wave of advancement for women at GE Appliances—making sure that their skills and insights are recognized and represented throughout the entire company. The team is actively involved in events and programs that promote mentoring, sponsorship, leadership development and increasing representation and opportunity for women at all levels of the business.
